We are very excited to announce our next EFLN event with speakers from the Scottish Government, Scottish Forestry, and Forestry and Land Scotland on Wednesday, 4 December at 4pm in the Conference Room, ECCI.
"Science and evidence needs to support policy for Scotland’s net zero land use and nature commitments"
At this event we bring together representatives of different parts of the Scottish Government and its agencies focused on supporting the transformation towards net zero land use and thriving nature. They will set out the science and evidence needs for devising and implementing effective policy and land management, and discuss how the research community can effectively engage with policy and support action.
About the Centre for Sustainable Forests and Landscapes (CSFL)
CSFL brings together people with an interest and expertise in sustainable forests and landscapes based in and around Edinburgh, and further afield. Edinburgh Forests and Landscapes Network is part of our efforts to develop an informal meeting place where academics, researchers and postgraduate students can meet with policy, business and third sector professionals to share insights, experiences and perspectives that will benefit a diverse audience.
