Hey all,

We’re excited to launch our very first Geospatial Group Café, a casual, interactive space where conservation practitioners, data enthusiasts, and mapping geeks alike can come together to explore how geospatial data is transforming conservation work around the world.

In this session, we’ll feature a series of talks from speakers who will showcase practical examples of how geospatial tools and techniques are being used to analyze and visualize data.

Whether you’re completely new to geospatial data or an experienced user, there will be something here for you.

🔍 What to Expect:

  • Presentations to spark ideas and show what’s possible.
  • Real-world case studies from conservation projects using geospatial tools.
  • A welcoming environment for learning and sharing.
  • A chance to connect with others interested in geospatial for conservation.
  • Time for questions and discussion.

Agenda:

Want to get involved in future events?

Are you a Geospatial group member, or do you want to share your geospatial work applied to conservation at one of our Café events? We’d love to hear from you! Get in touch with the Geospatial Group Leaders @elsa, @VAR1 or @ahmedjunaid with a short outline of what you'd like to present and we'll be back in touch.
