Overview  

Seabird tracking database is an online portal holding tracking data for seabird species, curated and managed by Birdlife International, but with individual datasets owned by contributors. The platform provides proactive ecosystem monitoring, user-defined alerts, near real time analytics & imagery, Esri compliance and cloud-based processing. Tracking data can be used to see how seabirds at-sea range interact with threats such as fishing, and aids the designation of MPAs.
